I haven't received my validation code [iPhone]

If you haven’t received the validation code to finish creating your Libon account (it could take up to 60s to send you the text message with the validation code):

  • Check if you entered the right number, if not you can click on “Edit phone number”
  • If it’s the right number but still no validation code received, you can click on “Receive our call”, we can then call you to give you the validation code.
