How to do an international topup from transfer.libon.com?

Libon offers you the possibility to transfer credit to your family and loved one's phones.

In this tutorial, we will show step by step how to topup another phone.

 

The topup provides the possibility of crediting a phone number's SIM card.

It does not allow sharing Libon minutes with someone else!

1 - Type the phone number to topup

Direct typing of the country code

To choose the phone number to topup, you can start by typing either + or 00 at the beginning of the number. In this case, don't forget to add the country code (221 for Senegal, 223 for Mali,...).

Then, type the phone number which will receive the topup.

Once done, the TOPUP button will change its color from grey to blue to allow you to continue to the next step!

You can also start by choosing the country from the drop-down list, and then type the phone number which will receive the topup.

3 - Select topup amount

Click on the amount you wish to topup. The amount selected will change color and will continue to the next step.

Make sure to check you have provided the right phone number!
In case of a mistake, click on MODIFY to change it.

4 & 5 - Provide your personal information

To create a receipt, Libon asks you to provide your full name, email and address.

You will only be requested to provide these once 😉

6 - Payment method selection & 3DSecure 💳

Last step, paying your topup.

  • Provide your credit card information
  • Check the "Terms and conditions" box
  • The button PAY changed color, click on it 
  • At this point, your bank's 3DSecure step will open
  • Done! Topup completed

📝 A final advise: you will find a transaction ID on the green message received, please keep it just in case.
